I found that if I exclaim in joy, it causes me to feel happy very reliably even if I just think or type it: AAAAHHHHHHHHHH YYYYYEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH $$$$$$$ :D !!!!!!!~!!!! $$$$$$$ YYYYEEEEAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!
Here is another scream of joy: WOOOOAAAAAAAHHH OOOOH MYYYY WHAAATTT!?!!? OOOOHHH YYYEEEEAAAAHH WOWOWOWWOWOWOWOWWOWOWO YES!!!!!
Lurb recommends you exclaim in joy all day long silently constantly.
I recommend letting each part of your reality and body and mind and environment feel like they are transmitting exclamatations of joy to each other all the time to boost joy for all.
Let's do that in the chat room to each other. Be creative and experiment with creating different positive consciousness changing effects by texting each other. ~~~!!!!!!!YEAH!!!!!!!!~~~~

The idea is a bit like cursing to relieve tension except that you use positive exclamations instead of negative ones, and you can use them over and over again and in variety to get a huge boost.
By focusing on doing this for a few minutes, I can feel like there is a nuclear reaction or fire all over my body that causes positive feelings instead of heat.
